Find the leaks that matter, and monitor the rest
Get FIDO AI - the world’s most advanced deep-learning smart leak detection system - on your iPhone or iPad.
The FIDOBug app is a simple user-friendly interface that gives you access to the full power of FIDO AI in the field.
No special training needed. Designed for use by single operatives or teams, even those not technically trained in leak detection techniques, like dig and repair teams.
Use it with your supplied FIDO Bug hardware to gather data and receive instant results using Bluetooth and your phone’s data.
Requires a FIDO AI authorisation code and FIDO Bug hardware (supplied as part of a FIDO subscription), access to your smartphone’s location services and use of your mobile data allowance.
With the FIDO app you can:
- Find single or multiple water leaks, their size and location on any network and in any pipe material, even if there are no pre-existing sensors
- Receive near-instant accurate AI results direct to your smartphone in the field and simultaneously in the office
- Use multiple FIDO Bugs to generate an area-wide leakage heatmap (FIDO Sweep)
- Synchronise any two FIDO Bugs to calculate exact leak location (FIDO Cloud Correlation)
- Use any FIDO Bug in a dry hole to indicate which way to expand a repair excavation in the event of ‘leak not found’ (FIDO Dig Direction)
- Use any FIDO Bug to confirm a successful leak repair
- Manage and check the status of all your FIDO Bugs
- Initiate instant network data sampling or defer sampling to user-defined times and durations
- Collect data from FIDO Bugs
- Upload data to FIDO AI the cloud immediately or store for later use
- Use FIDO AI’s accurate noise level and frequency graphs to improve the performance of your existing third party proprietary equipment like correlators or microphones
FIDO AI is constantly adding innovative ways to simplify and improve your performance on reducing water loss and prevent the damage it causes. New app updates and functionality are released quarterly by the FIDO development team.
